About Charmi Blan
Charmi Blan is an attorney in the North Bethesda area, and is licensed to serve those in Maryland. In her Estate and Trust practice, Charmi serves families who wish to preserve their legacy for the next generation and desire to make clear their wishes and intentions. In her Business practice, she helps entrepreneurs plan the strategy and structure of their businesses in order to protect their rights and their assets. In her Real Estate practice, Charmi ensures clear commitments, protection of rights, and smooth transfer of property. Learning adaptability as a Navy brat, Charmi has the skill of being attuned to her clients’ legal needs, and she is keen to diagnose the proper solution.
Charmi completed law school in two years as part of the first accelerated JD program at Gonzaga University School of Law. She was also the first accelerated student to compete on a moot court team in the Annual National Moot Court Competition. She was an associate editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law. She served on the Moot Court Honors Council. She was a law clerk and legal intern both in the Business Law Clinic and the Elder Law Clinic.
She graduated cum laude from the University of Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a concentration in Medieval Italian Literature.
She has volunteered with World Relief as an advocate for refugees in their Citizenship Interviews. In the Street Law program, she has taught high school students about their constitutional rights. She enjoys working pro bono with Catholic Charities Immigration Services and helping nonprofits incorporate.
